We can make your Wedding Disco a truly magical experience. You can choose from a selection of lighting effects and choose your own playlist from a choice of 1000's of songs in our library. Each Wedding Disco can be personalised to meet your individual requirements.
We offer a full Mobile Disco service for Birthday Party's, Anniversary's, Charity Events, School Disco's and similar events in the Peterborough area. Music can be selected to suit a variety of tastes and occasions.

Maximum Birthday age is 11 years old.
If your wish to extend the 2 hour party this is the hourly charge. Each extra hour includes an extra game.

We will supply 25 twelve inch latex air filled balloons in a mixture of colours, or the colours of your choice (subject to avaialablility). All blown up and ready for fun!
Take the effort out of balloon inflation, and hire our electric pump.

From providing a P.A. system for small indoor events, to providing lighting or hosting for small events or quiz nights, we are able to offer wide range of services not listed above. Please contact for a quote.
We will write a "Pub" Quiz exclusively for you. We will then Host your quiz. This includings suppling a P.A. System and background music.
We offer a proffesional karaoke service, planned to your specific requirements. Please contact us for full details.
For the best possible Karaoke experience your venue will require a reliable wi-fi connection that we can connect to.
We offer a bingo calling service that inlcudes a screen to show bingo numbers, playing books and the calling. Please contact us for full details.

Costs and Payment
1. All costs and charges are listed on our website www.nenevalleyewntertainment.co.uk and are subject to change at any time.
2. All offers are limited and can be withdrawn, without notice, at any time.
3. All exact costs will be provided if a quote is requested, and no extra charges will be added unless extra services are requested.
4. All quotes are valid for 28 days from date of issue.
5. A quote does not guarantee that a specific date is available.
6. Specific dates are only reserved once a quote has been accepted and a deposit has been paid.
7. All deposits are non-returnable.
8. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking.
9. Deposits will be set at 10% of the total cost.
10. Full balance is to be paid (and funds cleared) 7 days before the event date.
11. Payments can be made by cheque (allow time for clearance), by debit/credit card or by PayPal.
Venue Location
1. All listed prices apply to evengts wehere the venue is within 8 miles of PE2 9PU.
2. Events that are taking place outside this distance will be charged £4 per mile outside of said radius.
3. This policy will be reviewed monthly as fuel prices change.
Venue Suitability
1. You must have the permission of the venue's manager or owner (or their representative) to use their venue for the specified function, and have informed them of your intention to hire a "mobile disco" function.
2. The venue must be suitable for the function that you are holding. If Nene Valley Entertainment deems, on arrival, that the venue is not suitable on grounds of Health & Safety or Security, then no set up will take place and no refund will be offered.
3. Due to the weight of the equipment used a lift must be available if the venue is not located on the Ground Floor. If suitable access is not available on arrival then the set up will not take place, and no refund will be offered.
4. Nene Valley Entertainment will require access to a minimum of 4 13amp 3 pin electrical sockets (standard UK mains sockets) within 5 metres of where you wish the DJ Desk to be placed. If these are not available on arrival we may not be able to provide a service and NO REFUND will be given.
5. Nene Valley Entertainment requires a space measuring 3 metres wide, 1.5 metres deep and 2.5 metres high (ceiling height) in order to set up the equipment. This area must also be solid and flat. If this is not available on arrival we will be unable to set up and NO REFUND will be given.
Music/Sound Level
1. Clients will be given the option to choose music tracks for “the first dance” (in the case of Wedding Disco’s), ten specific music tracks during the event and the music track for the final dance. These tracks will be provided except for in exceptional circumstances (e.g. Technical failure or copyright reasons) or if Nene Valley Entertainment deems them unsuitable (due to lyric content).
2. Clients will be allowed to request an unlimited amount of specific music tracks for the events and Nene Valley Entertainment will do our upmost to facilitate this, but they will not be guaranteed. Any track deemed unsuitable (due to lyric content) will not be played.
3. Clients can list an unlimited number of tracks that they DO NOT wish to be played during the event.
4. Nene Valley Entertainment has a library of over 10,000 high quality music tracks, and we do our upmost to ensure all tracks play without fault. However, we cannot be held responsible if sound quality drops (or other sound issues) during specific tracks.
5. Nene Valley Entertainment has a library of over 10,000 tracks but cannot guarantee that all requests can be catered for due to the amount of music tracks in existence.
6. Clients and guests will be able to make requests during the events either verbally or via facebook, Nene Valley Entertainment cannot guarantee all request will be played but will do its best to facilitate as many as possible.
7. If your venue has a WI-Fi connection please obtain any required passwords as this will allow access to a streaming service that gives access to an extra 80 million tracks.
8. Nene Valley Entertainment cannot be held responsible for the lyrics contained within music tracks that are played.
9. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are aware of the medical problems (hearing) that can be caused by music at their event. Please advise guests that ear plugs and other ear protection devices are commercially available if their guests deem it necessary.
10. Nene Valley Entertainment will set the sound level at one we deem to be suitable for the venue, we will be happy to enter into discussion and meet the demands of the client if you wish this to be higher or lower. However, this will only be agreed if technically possible and safe to do so.
11. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue has the correct Public Performance Licence to allow pre-recorded music to be played, and dancing to take place in the venue. If Nene Valley Entertainment find the venue is not correctly licenced we will not be able to provide a service and NO REFUND will be given.
12. It is the client’s responsibility to check if the venue has a maximum sound level within its venue. This must be communicated to Nene Valley Entertainment at least 7 days before the event.
Lighting/Smoke/Bubble Equipment
1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are made aware that flashing/strobe and moving lights may be used, this will help those with medical conditions triggered by such lighting to make suitable arrangements.
2. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are made aware that a smoke (fog) machine may be used, this will help those with medical conditions triggered by such equipment to make suitable arrangements.
3. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are made aware that they are not to touch or interfere with any lighting or smoke machine equipment due to the risk of injury.
4. As the client you may request that Nene Valley Entertainment does not use any lighting and/or smoke (fog) machine during an event. This will not result in the price being lowered, but any request will be honoured.
5. If lighting is in use Nene Valley Entertainment cannot guarantee that any specific effect (such as strobe) will not be used due to the technical nature of the equipment and the risk of lights defaulting away for their programmed functions.
6. Nene Valley Entertainment will use a minimum of 4 lights and a maximum of 12 at each event. The number will be determined by venue size, electrical supply and type of event. This will be decided by Nene Valley Entertainment during set up/testing/sound check.
7. Nene Valley Entertainment cannot be held responsible for the failure of any sound/lights/smoke machine during the event due to the technical nature of such equipment.
8. If you book for the use of the bubble machine/snow machine please ensure that all guests are aware of the slip hazard that this may create and ensure there is adequate equipment at the venue to dry the dance area if necessary.
9. We only use the highest quality of bubble fluid; however, we cannot guarantee that this will not leave marks/stains on fixtures/fittings or clothing. Nene Valley Entertainment, nor its suppliers, will consider compensation claims for such damage as bubbles are booked entirely at the Clients’ own risk.
Set Up/Testing/Sound Check/Take Down
1. Nene Valley Entertainment will require at least 90 minutes before the start time of your event to set up the equipment, test it and run a full sound check.
2. Nene Valley Entertainment will require 40 minutes at the end of the event to take down all equipment.
3. Nene Valley Entertainment must make you aware that a venues Fire Alarm System will activate in most cases when we use the smoke (fog) machine. The client is advised to speak to the venue to advise that smoke will be used and they may be able to disable that part of their system. The client must make Nene Valley Entertainment aware if smoke IS NOT to be used.
4. Nene Valley Entertainment uses a reasonable amount of heavy equipment. Clients must ensure that suitable parking is provided and the shortest route must be provided for the movement of equipment. This route must also be clear of obstructions.
Children’s Disco’s
1. The supervision and responsibility of all guests (children) is that of the clients, parent(s) or carer(s) at all times and no responsibility for the guests will be taken by Nene Valley Entertainment.
2. It is the clients responsibly to inform parent(s)/carer(s) of guests (children) that any party bags that have been provided by Nene Valley Entertainment are not suitable for children aged 3 or under, and that the bag and/or contents should not be placed in or near mouths/ears/eyes or noses at any time.
3. The DJ that hosts these events will be able to show a copy of the original and supply a copy of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, these were formally known as Criminal Record Checks, if requested.
4. The DJ will host at least one game an hour (prize provided) and provide music and lighting for your event, but will not provide any other service, product or activity (unless Party Bags have been ordered).
5. Clients are asked that all guests (children) are made aware they must not approach the DJ desk, or touch any of the equipment for their own safety.
6. Clients should be aware that the nozzle of the smoke machine is exceptionally hot and it is the clients responsibility to ensure that no guest goes within 50 cm of the machine. Nene Valley Entertainment will take no responsibility for injuries that occur if any guest goes within this distance of the machine.
7. Requests at Children’s disco’s will only be accepted from adults, and not those aged 13 or below. This is to prevent inappropriate music tracks being requested and will help stop children approaching the DJ desk.
8. All other terms and conditions (were appropriate) also apply to Children’s Disco’s.
DJ Dress Code
1. Clients will be given the opportunity to set a dress code for the DJ, this will be accommodated where possible. Nene Valley Entertainment reserve the right to make an extra charge for certain dress codes. Please contact us for full details.
Refund Policy
1. All deposits are non-refundable.
2. Full payment is due 7 days before the event, if the client cancels the event after full payment has been made Nene Valley Entertainment will refund 50% of the total charge. We recommend you consider insuring your event to cover cancellation.
3. If an event has to be cancelled by Nene Valley Entertainment a full refund, including deposit will be made, but claims for compensation will not be considered, unless required by UK Law.
4. If an event is affected by a serious technical fault (total loss of lights and/or sound) a full and total refund will be made, including deposit, but claims for compensation will not be considered, unless required by UK Law. This does not include if the failure is caused by the venues equipment (ie. Power supply, fire or other such event) or by an Act of God (electrical storm, flash flood or similar event).
5. Nene Valley Entertainment will not consider part refunds in any circumstance if requested after or during the event.
6. COVID-19 - If Nene Valley Entertainment has to cancel an event due to COVID-19 (ie. A positive test leading to an isolation period or a change in Government Policy) the Client will be made aware as soon as practical and a refund will be issued via BACS or PayPal as soon as practical. Due to the nature of COVID-19 and the ongoing Pandemic claims for compensation will not be considered and we ask our clients to be understanding if this occurs as it is beyond our control.
Security
1. The security and First Aid arrangements regarding your event are the responsibly of you, the client. Nene Valley Entertainment takes no responsibility for either. However, at least one member of our staff will hold a valid First Aid at Work Qualification.
2. If the DJ, or any other representative of Nene Valley Entertainment is verbally or physically threatened, or an act of violence takes place against them during the event they will immediately terminate the service and the Police will be notified. NO REFUND will be provided in this circumstance.
3. Any criminal damage, or theft of property or equipment (including vehicles) belonging to Nene Valley Entertainment will be reported to the Police immediately.
4. Nene Valley Entertainment staff are prohibited from drinking alcohol during any event.
Privacy Policy
1. Nene Valley Entertainment will comply by GDPR 2018. Our full privacy policy can be found below.
2. Nene Valley Entertainment will never sell your information to another company and will only pass on your details to our carefully selected partners if you request this in writing or by email.
3. Nene Valley Entertainment will only contact you in direct relation to an enquiry, booking or event. We will never send out marketing information in the form of email, text or telephone.
Photography at Events
1. Clients, and their guests, have the consent of Nene Valley Entertainment to take photographs of our equipment, events and staff as long as the photographs are not used for commercial reasons. It is accepted that these may be published on PERSONAL social media accounts.
2. Nene Valley Entertainment reserves the right to take photographs at any event where we have been hired to provide a disco. We may use these photographs on our social media accounts (this may include personal social media accounts and not limited to, but may include Facebook, Twitter and TikTok) and/or website. We will never disclose names or locations, but faces may be seen in the photographs.
3. Nene Valley Entertainment will not publish any photograph that shows the face of a child that we have reason to believe is under the age of 18, this is for safeguarding reasons. However, photographs that do not show faces, or have faces digitally rendered unidentifiable may be used.
4. Any client that has an exceptional or legal reason why Nene Valley Entertainment should not use photographs should inform us at time of booking.
5. Photography may include taking short digital videos.
6. Clients are advised to make all guests aware that and why Photographs may be taken at events by Nene Valley Entertainment.
Damage to Equipment
1. If a guest at an event causes damage to equipment then the client who has signed the booking form is responsible to pay for all damage in full.
2. In the event of damage being caused Nene Valley Entertainment staff will advise the client as soon as practical, and an invoice will be sent within 7 working days.
3. All invoices for broken equipment must be paid within 7 working days of receipt.
4. We respectfully request that at events including children that the client ensures that children do not run into, push or touch any equipment as damage may be charged to the client.

Does Nene Valley Entertainment collect and store your information?
If you make a booking or request us to contact you it will be necessary to collect and store a certain amount of information. This may include (but not limited to) your name, address, email address and contact telephone number. This information will only be used by Nene Valley Entertainment (unless otherwise require by law) and will never be sold or passed onto a third party unless you ask us to do so. You are free to contact by email or telephone at any time to request your data be removed from our system. Will we then do so as soon as possible.
Information (data) may be used to analyse the use of this website, trends in music track selection may also be collected but no personal information will be included meaning that individual identification impossible. This analysis will only be undertaken to learn more about our customers and to help us provide an exceptional service at all times.
Digital information security.
Nene Valley Entertainment cannot be held responsible for the illegal interception of digital communication via the internet. We will always act in accordance with GDPR 2018 and we ensure that security features on our website and emails are up to date, any electronic communication with Nene Valley Entertainment is done at your own risk.
We do not send out marketing material or promotional material by any digital means unless directly requested to do so by a client.
Social Media
Nene Valley Entertainment will use Twitter, and Facebook accounts and may employ these social media firms to run advertising campaigns on our behalf. We will not pass any of our data to these firms and will never ask them to target specific clients at anytime. We will only ask them to advertise to a specific demoraphic in a specific geographical area. Please ensure you are familiar with the Privacy Policy of individual social media providers before signing up to them.
